Who we are

WORN OMEN is operated by Evangelos Varnava, trading as WORN OMEN, at Pindou 18, Flat 101, Kaimakli, Nicosia 1025, Cyprus. Customer contact: ritual@wornomen.com.

Products and sizing

Product pages describe the garment, print, available sizes and delivery territory. Core and Signature editions are different garments; compare the edition's measurements before choosing. Screen settings, garment dyeing and printing can cause small colour differences, but your statutory rights where goods do not match their description are unaffected.

Prices and checkout

The currency and product price are displayed in the store. Review the final products, quantities, delivery address, shipping charge and any applicable taxes shown before confirming payment. Any additional import charges not collected at checkout are explained in our Shipping policy.

Orders and availability

Your order is a request to buy the selected items. An automated receipt confirms that we received that request; acceptance occurs when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable purchase. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. You must be able to enter into a binding purchase under applicable law, or have the required consent. Suspected fraud or an evident listing error may require us to decline an order before acceptance; any payment taken for a declined order will be returned.

Delivery, returns and consumer rights

Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. WORN OMEN remains your customer-service contact even when printing and delivery are carried out by a partner. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-conforming goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using our website

You may browse and shop for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the checkout, interfere with the service or reproduce WORN OMEN artwork and branding without permission, except where the law permits. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains how information is processed. Updated terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Cyprus law applies to the extent permitted by law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available in their country of habitual residence.
